Taylor McCarthy, Secure Heritage Insurance Agency office manager ensures everything is always running smoothly. She oversees office operations while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. She strives to understand our clients and assist them in times of need and uncertainty.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Taylor received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Taylor enjoys lending a helping hand and is actively involved in her community. From being a volunteer aid at the local nursing home, Lion’s Club Member, to becoming a Big Sister of the Big Brothers Big Sister program in Central Wisconsin, Taylor is passionate about serving others and her community.
